Rally Legal created Spellbook, an AI Contract Drafting & Review tool. Legal practitioners can utilize it to help with contract drafting and evaluation using OpenAI’s GPT-3 language model.

Based on the context of the agreement, Spellbook may rapidly generate new clauses and complete sections, identify aggressive or uncommon terminology, suggest crucial language and clauses that may be missing, and offer common areas of negotiation.

Spellbook can also cite information about the globe from publications like Wikipedia and literature. It is the only GPT-3-powered tool with Microsoft Word integration and contracting-specific tuning.

While they continue to polish the software, Spellbook will gradually start accepting new users over the following months while it is still in early access.
